Step:- 2 Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs. To do this, use a sharp knife to loosen one corner of the membrane, then grab it with a paper towel and pull it off. This will help the ribs cook evenly and allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.

Step:- 3 In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat both sides.

Step:- 4 Place the seasoned ribs in a large resealable plastic bag. Add 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce to the bag and seal it tightly with the help of Suvi vacuum sealer, making sure to remove as much air as possible. This will help the ribs absorb the flavors of the sauce while cooking and adds delicious taste to your dish.

Step:- 5 Place the bagged ribs in the preheated water bath and cook for 24 hours. The long cooking time will ensure that the ribs are tender and flavorful.

Step:- 6 Once the ribs have finished cooking, remove them from the bag and discard any excess liquid. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Step:- 7 Line a baking sheet with foil and place the ribs on the sheet. Brush both sides of the ribs with the remaining barbecue sauce.

Step:- 8 Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has caramelized and the ribs are slightly crispy.

Step:- 9 Serve the barbecue ribs hot, garnished with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
