Step:2  After that place  slightly each ear of corn into a separate vacuum-sealed bag, along with a tablespoon of butter, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper in each one.Allow it to cook for 30 Minutes.


Step:- 3 Seal the bags using a vacuum sealer or the water displacement method.

Step:- 5 After 30 minutes, remove the bags from the water bath and carefully open them.

Step :- 6 Remove the corn from the bags and add a pinch of salt to make it more intensely flavored. Now you are ready to serve immediately.

How to Refrigerate sous vide corn on the cob?

The below given procedure can be followed to refrigerate sous vide corn on the cob, follow these steps:


Once you have finished cooking the corn on the cob sous vide, remove the vacuum-sealed bags from the water bath.Allow the corn to cool to room temperature before refrigerating. This step is important to prevent condensation from forming inside the bag, which can affect the texture of the corn.


Once the corn gets cooled, transfer it on the cob, still sealed in the bags, to the refrigerator. Place the bags of corn on a flat surface in the refrigerator, ensuring they are not stacked on top of each other. This allows for better air circulation and even cooling.

Refrigerate the corn on the cob for up to 3-4 days. Beyond this time, the quality and taste of the corn may start to deteriorate. So, make sure that you should not consume the same corn after 3-4 days


When you are ready to serve the refrigerated sous vide corn on the cob, remove the bags from the refrigerator and carefully open them.Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and sear the corn on the cob for a few minutes on each side to reheat and add some color.


Alternatively, you can also enjoy the corn on the cob cold, straight from the refrigerator. It will still retain its tender texture and flavors.


Remember to discard any refrigerated corn on the cob that has an off odor, slimy texture, or any other signs of spoilage.
